1. Incorporation of personal data into MARKETGOO INTERNET, S.L. files

User is fully aware and accepts that the personal data provided through the Web Site over the purchasing process shall be processed by the entity Bright Market, LLC, which operates through the web site for the purposes of providing the billing services used by MARKETGOO INTERNET, S.L. Bright Market, LL. is an entity located in Santa Barbara (United States of America) and is adhered to Safe Harbor framework. It may also be processed through ‘Stripe’. The payment processor, ‘Stripe’, may provide us with unique authentication tokens to make payments requests with. The payment processor ‘Stripe’ may also provide us with information such as your name, credit card type, expiration date, and the last four digits of your credit card number. This information is used only to make single payment requests, or register the user for an ongoing subscription that requires automatic payments in the future. Any information regarding your payment processing and security must be verified in Stripe’s own Terms of Service Agreement and Privacy Policy.

2. Exercise of rights

User shall be able to exercise the access, rectification, cancelation and opposition right as set forth in LOPD by sending a written communication to MARKETGOO INTERNET, S.L..
