I have always found it very hard to nail down the SMB digital providers’ map of offerings. I mean that when serving SMBs on their digital challenges, there are a ton of different markets and approaches.
For example: local marketing in some parts of Europe is a very narrow tactic as many of the SMBs should be serving national customers if they want to succeed. Most of local companies in Spain, for example, have so few resources that they do invest a little in digital marketing. In the US, a company could be focusing solely on local tactics like listings and reputation alone.
But on the other hand of the market, on the offer side, the complexity is great. There are DIY providers, DIFM solutions, small agencies, Directories, Hosting Providers, Telco companies, etc.
It is always good to have the chance to learn more about this market. marketgoo is focusing on helping “small with simple” in web marketing and that’s why I am glad that BIA/Kelsey has named us as a Future Star for the LEADING IN LOCAL conference.
I will be in NOLA for the event and be glad to exchange our ideas about the market. Feel free to contact me if you want to follow up.
